Faber Andorra?
Faber Andorra is an individual residency program supported by the Government of Andorra and the Institut Ramon Llull. It is part of the Faberllull Network of Arts, Sciences and Humanities Residencies, launched by Institut Ramon Llull.
Faber Andorra is in La Massana, a peaceful —yet lively— parish located at 1,200 meters above sea level, in the north-west of the Principality of Andorra. It has a population of about 10,000 people and a very rich natural heritage. There are many lakes and peaks, among which stands out the Comapedrosa, the highest peak in Andorra. There is also the nature park in Soldeu, as well as the Vallnord ski resort.
Who can apply for the residence of Andorra?
The profile of residents we are looking for is of people who need a space and time for productive work. Faber Andorra is an individual and interdisciplinary residency dedicated to bringing emerging talents, sharing new ideas and encouraging international collaboration. Furthermore, residents may volunteer in program activities available to locals.
That is why we are calling artists, writers, researchers, teachers and professionals from all fields of knowledge to submit applications and projects.
What do we offer?
Faber Andorra offers a perfect natural environment where you can concentrate and disconnect from your daily routine. We offer quality time of a maximum of six weeks working on your project. During the stay, the residents collaborate in activities directed to students, professionals or public in general; activities in accordance with a project that will take into account previous demands and needs.
