The purpose of my stay in Andorra was to translate the poetry of the Andorran poet Teresa Colom. The environment offered by Faber greatly facilitated this task and it turns out that a good number of poems are already translated into Polish.

In the exhibition hall of the Government, where there is the exhibition "Abecedari Solidari, homage to the poet Miquel Martí i Pol", the poetic recital with Teresa Colom was organized with the participation of, among others, the Minister of Culture of Andorra and a poet, writer and literary critic David Castillo. My brief presentation on the perception of literature in Catalan in Poland opened the meeting. The reading of poetry in Catalan and Polish was a key point of the evening and in the Barcelona newspaper "El Punt Avui" you can read a note about this wonderful poetic meeting (https://www.elpuntavui.cat/cultura/article/19-cultura/2180854-teresa-colom-en-polones.html).

My arrival in Andorra aroused the interest of several media. In the web pages (https://forum.ad/la-setena-resident-magdalena-szkwarek-ja-es-a-faber-andorra/ and https://www.altaveu.com/actualitat/cultura/poeta-polonesa-preten-traduir-teresa-colom-ingressa-faber-andorra_41053_102.html ) and in the newspapers "Bon día", "Diari d'Andorra" and "El Periòdic d "Andorra" were published texts about my work and interviews with me about poetry and literature. I also had the opportunity and pleasure to talk with Xavi Albert in the program "Obert per vacances" in Radio Andorra.

I also took advantage of my stay to visit the National Library of Andorra and the Public Library of Govern where I was able to see the facilities, learn about the history of the libraries and exchange experiences with the directors of both institutions Júlia Fernández and Inés Sánchez, to whom I am very grateful for their time.
