Antoni Veciana (Reus) gave a workshop on dialogue writing this Monday to Creative Writing students of the Olot Municipal School of Expression. Veciana invited them to develop a story solely through dialogue, placing great emphasis on the fact that the dialogues should not be descriptive and that at the same time they should serve to direct the action.

Antoni Veciana Ribes is a Catalan philologist and a writer. He holds a degree in Catalan Philology from Rovira i Virgili University, a master's degree in Political Science from the Open University of Catalonia and a postgraduate degree in Cultural Management. He has written audiovisual scripts and theatrical plays. Nicolau it was his first novel. In 2024 he published his second novel Dolça a la torre de fang.
