As part of the work developed during the stay, artist Alicia Luño has met with therapist Joan Casamitjana, in order to develop a programme of activities aimed at adults who seek to find personal satisfaction and acceptance through art.

Human beings, in their complexity, constantly face the challenge of defining themselves, of expressing their true identity, and of understanding their relationship with the world. Through references to therapy, personal vibration, artistic expression and individual consciousness, an enriching experience emerges that invites us to explore the multiple layers of being.

Art therapy invites us to explore our identity beyond the outer masks. It is a process of accepting who we really are, bringing out the humility within us, which allows us to connect with our true essence.
