Today took place the closing session of the creative retreat for illustrators to cooperate with international publishers which will come to an end in Olot tomorrow, 6 October. All the participants in the residency have attended this gathering in order to share the work they have developed throughout their stay in Faberllull; for this session they were joined by Joan de Sola, head of the Literature Department, and Carles Navarrete, one of the area’s project managers.

Joan de Sola has gathered the opinions of the illustrators and also their suggestions for improvement for future residencies along the same lines; given the success this first retreat has obtained, a new edition of this residency to connect illustrators and international publishers will be organised in 2024.
