The workshop was held in L’Ideal (Olot) and the group was made up of 7 boys and 6 girls from different backgrounds, with difficulties in listening and fulfilling the commitments established in the group. In spite of this, we managed to establish a trusting communication and were able to carry out some relaxation exercises, visualization, painting and body expression for an hour and a half. They said they liked it and came out happy.

This workshop has shown me, in a very obvious way, the need these adolescents had for listening, understanding and good treatment. They also need to spend their time in activities that give them a sense of usefulness and belonging, such as a theatre group, drumming group, sports group or any other activity where they can demonstrate their abilities. This is urgent for your well-being and integration. This is what we evaluated with the educators who observed the process.
