During her stay at Faber Klara Regnö is working on a book that is presenting in-depth research on gender/feminism, organization and leadership, to a wider public. On November 9, she presented some of the themes in the book to the pupils at the Cor de Maria School. The aim was to raise awareness of structural barriers that women and other disadvantaged groups encounter in working life and society, and how they can be changed. She furthermore shared experiences from the work for gender equality in Sweden. The lecture also included exercises where the pupils could rate the level of gender equality in according to their own experiences and discuss in what areas of society they found the need for gender equality/equity most pending.
