Olot hosts SteamMakers Fair for school robotics projects
The 15-odd residents at Faberllull this week to swap insights into programming and educational robotics spent Friday engaging in the SteamMakers 2026 Project Fair, an activity in the Robolot programme.
Nearly 500 students from 25 high schools across Catalonia presented 70 technology projects at different stands set up on Passeig d'en Blay in Olot. The Fair covers the presentations, along with different fun and friendly competitions around educational topics the students work on in class. The event was open to everyone and promoted what is currently being worked on in classrooms in the field of educational robotics.
