In the round table "War and theatre in the 21st century" at University of Girona, the activities carried out as part of the Faberllull Olot stay were explained and the research that each researcher is working on was shared to be presented at the homonymous symposium that will take place at Casa América Catalunya next Wednesday, 25 October (https://crae.uab.cat/simposi-guerra-y-teatro-en-el-siglo-xxi/). The participants in the residency took part in this session: Luis Emilio Abraham (Argentina), Ernesto Barraza (Peru), Fabienne Crastes (Corsica), Francesc Foguet (Catalonia), Tania Faúndez (Chile), Isabel Marcillas (Valencia) Sandra María Ortega (Colombia), Daniela Pauletti (Uruguay) and Irene Salza (Italy). This was followed by a debate with the audience on the different perspectives on the approach to war and the role of theatre in today's war conflicts, among other aspects.
