In the second day of the masterclass given by Núria Amigo, which has taken place on 10 November, we are focusing on planning and discuss the residents’ future projects and their summed up presentations.

Throughout the masterclass many ideas have been put forward and discussed as a group; some of these ideas are: does planning take four times more than production and post-production? Would we shoot in Mallorca during the summer? Or in northern Spain in winter?

For the second half of the day we have dived into the world of pitching. A pitch is a brief oral presentation of an audiovisual project in very limited time; the goal is to sell an idea. This format’s three main features are concision, simpleness and short, to-the-point sentences.

After a theoretical approach, the residents have practiced presenting their projects to the rest of the group; after that, they have received feedback from their fellow residents.
