As part of his residency at FaberLlull Olot, Eduard Vallory has been in contact with the work in education that is being done in the Garrotxa county. On the one hand, he met with Ita Asparó, who is part of the participatory process Fem Garrotxa, which must draw the foundations of the strategic plan of the county for 2030. At the meeting they delved into how from the local world can contribute to the achievement of SDG 4, and to the importance of 360º vision. On the other hand, he also held a meeting with leadership teams of schools and high schools in Olot, organized by the Municipal Institute of Education, which was also attended by the Councilor for Education and by City Council technicians. The conversation made possible to share the challenges of moving towards a comprehensive competence-based model of education, committed to inclusion and equity, and to visualize the need of schools for networking.
