Bio
Architect and Urban Planner with more than 12 years' international experience, interested in integrating ecological, water and environmental approaches into territorial compression. PhD in Urban Planning at ETSAB - UPC. Her work combines design as a tool linking biodiversity, socio-ecological restoration and urban agro-ecology as the pillars of an alternative to caring for the land. With experience in Colombia, Spain, Italy and the Netherlands, she has taken part in projects with cross-disciplinary characteristics on different scales. She is a member of the UPC GRU and the Tax platform.
Project
In the territorial approach, spatial relationships are key to understanding socio-ecological metabolisms framed within local knowledge, territorial culture and the need to recover them. This allows for the restoration of new cartographies that integrate the natural systems and forms of historical and contemporary knowledge of the territory. Her project at Faberllull therefore seeks to showcase, through a cartographic reading, the spatial narratives that emerge within the residence.
