Bio

Currently a member of the governing body of the International Catalan Institute for Peace (ICIP), as well as of the of the teaching staff for the Master's program in Contemporary Arab Studies at the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB). She also works as data analyst at a tech company, and is a freelance translator.

She holds a PhD in contemporary history from Rovira i Virgili University, where she has also Been a member of the UNESCOMED, the UNESCO Chair of Intercultural Dialogue in the Mediterranean for several years.

In recent years, she has collaborated with various institutions, NGOs, and organizations in conflict zones working on projects related to migration and local governance.

She also worked at the European Institute of the Mediterranean (Euro-Mediterranean Gender Equality Program), providing technical assistance to the Euro-Mediterranean Women’s Foundation.
