ADRI DE LA LLAVE
Scriptwriter, editor and journalist
Barcelona

Bio

Adri de la Llave attained a degree in Audiovisual Communication from the University of Barcelona in 2016. There, he was mentored by Paula Ortiz (director of The Bride and Chrysalis) and Laia Manresa (director of Morir de día and Veinte años no es nada) on his final degree project in fantastic film screenwriting. Since then, radio and television have embraced his passions as a screenwriter, journalist and all-rounder, particularly at the production company Lavinia, where he has developed much of his career.

During this time, he also completed a master’s degree in Film Editing at ECIB (where he edited the short film Anantya, selected for the ACCSFF Festival in India), a colourist course at EMAV and a course in humour and radio at Tallers Radiofònics. Despite this, the idea of fiction has always stayed with him. In 2022, he joined Showrunners Barcelona school, where he developed Kult, a series project selected for the Links competition at the 14th Cerdanya Film Fest.

Since then, he has been involved in co-authoring other projects such as the horror play Maleït mirall (which will première at the Atrium Viladecans theatre and be staged at the Teatre Tantaranana in the 24–25 season) and the thriller series No hi ha r3s (a finalist at the 11th Transmedia Screenplay Competition by Guionistes Associats de Catalunya), which is in development with Alesa Produccions.

Project

At Faberllull, he will be working on the script for the series No hi ha res, co-written with Silvia Espín
