Bio
Salam Alaridi is an experienced international development professional with a decade of expertise. She has contributed to programs focused on stability, inclusiveness, and promoting peaceful coexistence in conflict areas specifically in Syria.
As a Grants Manager with the USAID/OTI Syria Regional Program in Turkey, Salam worked on programs to promote moderate values Syria. She also worked with the Syrian Center for Media in Paris on facilitating dialogue between the Constitutional Committee and Syrian civil society, crucial for Syria's political transition.
Currently, she consults for Musawa-Woman's Study Center, focusing on developing feminist knowledge and enhancing women's participation across sectors.
Salam holds a Master’s in Crises: Emergency Interventions and Development Actions from the Sorbonne and a Master’s in Banking Sciences from the Arab Academy for Banking. She also volunteers with the ARBP association in France, promoting social cohesion and citizenship.
