Bio

For more than twenty years she has been dedicated to literature, and more specifically bringing Scandinavian literature and the Swedish language closer to everyone who wants to delve into it and it is thanks to three passions: translation, teaching (at the university and Escola Oficial d'Idiomes) and essay.

She has enjoyed translating from Swedish and Norwegian all kinds of genres and authors, classic and modern, for adults and for children: the novels of Per Petterson, and Kerstin Ekman, Linda Boström Knaugård, Ulla-Lena Lundberg, Lena Andersson, Selma Lagerlöf, Karl-Ove Knausgård, the stories of Gunnhild Øyehaug, the poetry of Tomas Tranströmer and Athena Farrokhzad, the theater of Strindberg, Ibsen and Bergman, the comics of Liv Strömquist and the tales of the Sand Wolf and the Moomin among others.

Project

She will assist in different work sessions on specific texts in the two directions from Catalan to Swedish and Danish and vice versa. She will also assist in informative talks on the literary landscape from the classics to the current narrative.
