Bio

She was graduated in Film, TV and Radio by the UNAV in 2011. After working as an Art Director and Costume Designer, she writes and directs two short films: "Mai", which gets worldwide recognition with 15 awards and more than 170 selections in international film festivals; and "Neu", which is currently in distribution and allows her to develop an intimate story based on her own experience as a teacher. Marta teaches filmmaking at ECCIT (Catalonia's Film and TV School), and has cocreated two awarded TV series: "Compañeras de Metralla" (2020 Filmarket Hub International Pilot Contest Finalist and 2020 Valencia Pitch Forum Official Selection) and "The Opus Girls" (IX SGAE TV Series Lab Finalist and III CIMA Impulsa Official Selection). Her first personal series, "Pigs in the river", has been selected by the 2023 Serielizados Kick.

Project

During my stay at Faber Llull, I will work on the development of my first solo fiction miniseries, "Pigs in the river", which has been selected for Serielizados Kick 2023.
