Bio

Clàudia Aragon Tirbió is assistant director and casting director based in Barcelona. She graduated in Audiovisual Communication at the UPF, with a course completed with an Erasmus grant at Roskilde University. As her final degree thesis, she co-directed the documentary "The Distance of the Names", tutored by Jordi Balló and Isaki Lacuesta and premiered at the Seminci de Valladolid in 2016. She completes his studies with a Master's in Humanities: History, Art and Communication at the UOC. Since 2015, she has been working in film directing teams such as Murieron por nímica sus possibilities by Isaki Lacuesta, Elisa y Marcela, by Isabel Coixet, Júlia Ist, by Elena Martín, Después también by Carla Simón, The next skin, by Isa Campo and Isaki Lacuesta; and more recently she has been the first assistant director of the films and television series Qué hicimos mal by Liliana Torres, Crims, by Carles Porta, Upon Entry, by Alejandro Rojas and Juan Sebastián Vázquez, Crazy by Molière, by Hector Lozano or A death of Dani de la Orden. On the other hand, she is also the co-founder of the Nadir Association – an educational project with three main branches of action: audiovisual workshops for young people, children and teachers; the documentation of educational projects and artistic processes; and the dissemination of the audiovisual. She works in the organization as a project coordinator and teaches workshops in projects that require it.

Project

During my stay at Faber I intend to work with the script of the project Mr. Johnson together with my teammates: Jordi Vilches, Cordelia Alegre and Oriol Guanyabens.
Currently, the project is in the initial phase and we want to take advantage of the residency to close a scripted version of the series, which for now only has the structure and script of the pilot, as well as to be able to create a dossier and bible of its universe.
