Project

During my stay at the FaberLlull Residence I am going to study the dramatic literature written by women in the Catalan linguistic field during the 21st century. This literature is linked to individual, social and political processes derived from the experience of armed conflicts. In this sense, the analysis of trauma and, in particular, of memory, will become relevant as a tool to repair and dignify the victims of these conflicts. Through this research, the main topic lines related to the theater and war axes will be analyzed. Furthemore, the dramatic mechanisms used to express these experiences from theoretical studies based on memory, postmemory and multidirectional memories will also be taken into account.
