Project

Oxytocin will be a short documentary about an actress who talks about her relationship with death, love, partner and motherhood. Based on a study on how emotions affect our body, the rise in cortisol recognized as addictive, due to lived situations or watching fiction, since the body does not differentiate between these two and experiences both as truth ; the need arises to generate more oxytocin in the body and to become aware of the consumption of what I consume and of my choices. Specialists advise not to consume information that produces negative emotions hours before falling asleep, because they have too much influence on our unconscious. It was so that after experiencing situations of grief that I did not choose, I made a commitment to myself to choose everything that brings joy to my body, or at least try to.
