Bio
Enric Mor Pera is lecturer and researcher at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC) where he teaches online courses about human-computer interaction, design and creative coding for the arts. His research activity has focused on two areas: Technology-Enhanced Learning (TEL) and Human-Computer Interaction (HCI). He has worked on e-learning systems and specifically on interactive systems to improve learning, evaluation and feedback (e-assessment) in blended and virtual environments with a human-centered design perspective and about the relationship between media art and interaction design. His research is currently focused on the intersection between technology and design with a human-centered approach. His current projects are: 1) Online teaching and learning of creative coding and interactive art through Snap!, MicroBlocks and ED1; 2) CodeLab (https://codelab.uoc.edu/) an online learning laboratory tool to learn to code.
Project
We will meet in Faberllull Olot a passionate group of teachers, designers and creators of educational tools from around the world to promote these creative learnings in educational programming and robotics. Many of us already share projects during the year, from distant locations, enjoying the technologies that allow us to work remotely and asynchronously, but the personal and intensive meeting that Faberllull Olot offers us is an invaluable gift.
