Project

Supporting Dr Gilmore analysis on the creative city. Suggesting this concept has never worked in the peripheries + considering its colonial biais. The concept corresponds to a period of globalisation that is likely to end soon. Who and why supported the creative city wave? Why the human rights frame was (in 1996-1998) abandoned?
