Bio

In 2019, Christian graduated as a journalist and social communicator from Universidad Diego Portales (Chile). For his final year project, he directed and produced Mantagua (2019), a documentary short film about the environmental conflict in Quintero, Chile. He then travelled to Barcelona to take up a Master Program in Theory and Practice of Creative Documentary, at the Autonomous University of Barcelona, where he co-directed the short film Especista (2021), which had its international premiere at Bogoshorts (Colombia) and a national premiere at DocsBarcelona (Spain). He has worked as a researcher for television documentary series at the production company Glaciar Films (Chile) and for different independent productions in Barcelona.

Project

I am part of the technical team who works on the film which will document the concept, people and activities of the European project “La Langue des Oiseaux”.
