Bio

With a BA degree in Journalism and a Master's degree in Television Scriptwriting, Guadalupe has received playwriting training from playwrights Rafael Spregelburd, Eusebio Calonge, Sergio Blanco, Rosa Díaz, Juan Cavestany, Patrícia Pardo, Xavier Puchades, Paco Zarzoso, Sanchis Sinisterra and Enzo Cormann, among others. Among the works she has performed we find those for her own theatre company as well as writing for other companies, both private and for the public theatre sector. Her texts have been published by different publishers and translated into different languages.

Project

I guess one always hopes to be moved, to be read and to read other people, to connect. Also, to be taken out of our comfort zone by something or someone that forces us to be exposed, to put ourselves out there. The challenge and the company along the way. That’s what residencies are for, to touch and be touched by others, to change the image that I see through the window of my home, to change the landscape, to somehow shift myself into someone else for a couple of weeks.
