He works in the field of citizen laboratories. Between 2003 and 2021 he worked at Medialab Prado. Between 2004 and 2006 he was responsible for the Medialab Madrid educational and mediation program together with Laura Fernández, where they promoted the Interactivos? project, a collaborative prototyping workshop format that served as the basis for the development of Medialab Prado. Between 2007 and 2014 he was responsible for the Medialab Prado cultural program together with Laura Fernández, and between 2014 and 2021 its director.He currently advises different organizations in the creation of citizen laboratories.

Project

During my stay in Olot I would like to collaborate with people interested in increasing the processes of experimentation and social cooperation in the territory. Through a workshop we will explore what a citizen laboratory could be like in Olot, that is, an infrastructure that facilitates collaboration and experimentation among anyone interested in developing projects that seek to improve life in common. It is about creating a place where people with different profiles, ages and origins can get together. How to facilitate collaboration between public employees, professionals, neighbors, artists, scientists, engineers or activists?
