Bio

Head of the Foreign and Heritage Languages Unit in the Catalan Ministry of Education. From this unit, she manages educational programs in the field of foreign and heritage languages teaching and manages the implementation in Catalonia of European programs such as Erasmus+, eTwinning and Global Scholars. She also manages from 2022 the official language schools of Catalonia. She has a degree in Catalan Philology from the University of Barcelona (1996) and a postgraduate degree in Lexicography and Terminology from the Pompeu Fabra University (1997). She previously served as head of the Language Resources Unit at the Catalan Ministry of Culture (2011-14). From this unit she managed different projects aimed at promoting the knowledge and use of Catalan language among the adult population including e-learning programs, teaching materials and digital tools for translation and linguistic correction.

Project

I will join the managers’ meeting for the monitoring and evaluation of the project “La langue des oiseaux” from a technical point of view. We will examine how the activities are going on, how partners are cooperating in the realisation of the activities and the results. We will review all bureaucratic, administrative and organisational needs to ensure that they are foreseen timely and dealt with efficiently. We will also detail the developments of the local or national relationships each partner has managed to trigger in its own context, thus strengthening and grounding the international network.
