Bio

For more than 20 years she has combined her work as a teacher in different types of centres, especially in those of preferential action, with her work as a teacher trainer and advisor in educational centres. Tutor of the Master's Degree in Multidimensional Systemic Pedagogy of the FURV for three editions, participant in different workshops and conferences in different scenarios of the Catalan Territory, Valencian Community and Balearic Islands sharing the inclusive look. Trained in the Universal Design for Learning in continuous reflection and aprenentatge of this framework under the paraigües of the Decree 150/ 2017 of 17 October, of the educational attention to the students in the framework of an inclusive educational system of which he is totally in love. In 2018, when he joined the Subdirección de Educación Inclusiva, he took on the task of initiating and developing the Plan de Implementación del Diseño Universal para el Aprendizaje (Universal Design for Learning Implementation Plan).

Project

During my stay in Faberllull I will elaborate a collection of reflections and contributions on the moment of the school in Catalonia with the deployment of the Decree 150/2017, collecting the debate on its implementation and working from an iterative process towards the look of inclusive change with the aim of finding common directions in order to walk towards the challenge of achieving a truly inclusive society with the basis of a school for all.

Reflections after an immersion in the Inclusive look

This week has been a point of intense reflection, gratifying and a lot of reflection to see the current moment of our Inclusive education system. Highlight the two most impactful headlines collected during the inclusive week: more forceful would be:

- "Inclusion is not an option, it is a right."

- "There is no such thing as a school without inclusion, the school concept is inherent in the inclusion of all students, agents and community.

An inclusive system is a system that proactively responds to variability by providing what is needed to succeed. Highlight the relevant points where we must continue to focus our efforts to promote change: Inclusive culture - In what way can the school influence social culture. Work so that the resources reach everywhere they are needed, but that the delay is not an excuse to make a deep assessment of the actions that each agent and professional is carrying out. The accompaniment with a competent use of the management of interpersonal relationships where the family finds that shared actions are taken. Training aimed at professionals to provide accompaniment at all levels. Take advantage of the diversity that enriches us.
