Bio
Claudia Estrada Tarascó (València, 1997) has a degree in Audiovisual Communication and a master's degree in Artistic Production from the Universitat Politècnica de València. She has Meisner Technique acting training and is currently studying a master's degree in Documentary at ESCAC. Winner of the X Festival de Clipmetrajes de Manos Unidas with ¿Cómo fue tu vida, abuela? (2019), award that allows her to travel to Mexico, where she directs the short documentary on feminicide Las flores que arrancas (2020). Screened at festivals such as the Malaga Festival or Cine Joven (where he wins the award for Best Short Film in category C), among others. In 2020 she starts to develop Salan las lobas as her first film with the production company Alba Sotorra Cine Productions. With this project she is selected for the Atenea Programme of the Women and Film Biennial and the VLC Pitch Forum, where she is awarded Best Pitch and Young Talent Mention.
Project
During my stay at Faber I will work on the script of Salen las lobas, my first feature film as a screenwriter and director. A story of friendship, of rebellion against all that oppresses and of a future through music.
