Bio

Company Manager of The Performance Corporation. Tara’s background is in Anthropology, English and Classical Music. She holds a post graduate degree in English and Anthropology from NUI Maynooth. As the recent producer of Westival, Westport Arts & Music Festival, Tara has been working on community collaboration productions for the past four years. Tara has been involved in festival build and production with many different festivals around Ireland for the past 10 years and amassed a large network of associates and experience in the field. A creative and strategic thinker with extensive experience in management, leadership, strategy development and relationship building. As Producer for Westival , her team were Awarded ‘Small Festival Of The Year 2019’. She looks forward to reaching similar heights with The Performance Corporation.

I am the company manager for the Performance Corporation and I am coming to get to know the group better so that I can get a better understanding of what type of coaching/mentoring they need and how best I can facilitate their needs for the duration of our residency together.
