Bio

Born in Vic, Barcelona, in 2000, Pol Sanchez finished his film studies in ESCAC (Escola Superior de Cinema i Audiovisuals de Catalunya) where he developed his Voice as a film maker. Until today, he has made two short films as a director, although he usually also works as a producer or writer. The first, “Les Flors Mortes de la Primavera” (2020) was selected in several international film festivals. The second one, “Petricor” (2021), produced under the supervision of ESCAC Films, is currently under distribution.

Project

At Faber I’ll be developing a to be determined short film alongside young colleagues and professionals thanks to Residència Connecta. In the week I’m going to stay at Faber we’ll have several masterclasses with industry professionals which will help to us create a short film from scratch and to learn the further possibilities it has inside the real world.
