Project
Que torni l’estiu is a film about two teenage girls who meet in the Costa Brava village where they used to spend their summer holidays after a strong storm devastates the coast. The reconstruction of the village will mirror their friendship, broken since that summer when their childhood best friend died. We are interested in topics such as female friendship, mourning, guilt and climate change from the perspective of a generation that, despite growing up amidst economic, health and climate crises, does not stop pursuing the hope for a better world.
