Jose Delannoy was Director and Curator for the Pablo Casals Museum in San Juan, Puerto Rico, for almost nineteen years, until the 2018. In the 2019 was named Curator in charge of the collections of the Pablo Casals Foundation Inc. of New York. Mister Delannoy is currently guest Curator for the Museo Casa Pilar Defilló-Espacio Cultural Pablo Casals in the city of Mayagüez-Puerto Rico and Consultant in Cultural Projects for the Presidency the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico. As part of his duties are the management and care of the Pablo Casals legacy in hands of the the Foundation, be coordinator of the sister cities process of behalf of Pablo Casals: Mayaguez-Puerto RIco, Prades-France and El Vendrell-Catalunya. Jose Delannoy earned (2001) Masters in Museology and a Master in World Heritage and Cultural Projects for Development from the University of Barcelona. In 2011 graduated from the Museum Studies Program at the George Washington University, Washington D.C. He participated in Faberllul Olot on the edition fall 2019.


The purpose of this individual project will be the writing of a paper about the main cultural institutions linked with the legacy of Maestro Pablo Casals. This article will be a historical reflection about work of those historical institutions since 1949, which represented a cultural task of the musician, humanist, and supporter of human rights Pablo Casals in Europe and America. 

Andorra, located in the Pyrenees, one of the Paisos Catalans, a region to be discovered as fundamental. The project might take three weeks, to have the opportunity to complete my paper and for a process of edition, it must be translated in Catalan to be published at the Butlletí de la Societat Catalana d'Estudis Històrics of Barcelona.
