Project

Her writing project delves on a creation that could be labelled as “autofiction”, and is based on a dialogue between the author and her father trying to sort out the effects of war upon a generation that has not experienced it but, nevertheless inhterited. Entitled “No all bodies fall at the same speed”, the text, written somewhere between the reflections, essays, fiction, interviews, has the distinction of having started as a dialogue between the author and and the memoirs written by Joaquim Marin Caballol, which recalls the years of war and several exiles who had to suffer in southern France. The heart of the project is an attempt to indicate the effects of fear, violence, dictatorships and wars in the present. Not as a political act, or not only, but as a gesture of acceptance of the inheritance that extends beyond the official memory.
