Project
In the Faber I’m working on a comedy for Faber that’s coming out next season. It’s a play about relationships and about what we dreamed would be our life and what it has become in reality. It’s a play about friendship and about how much we would betray a friend to get what we want most in life.
Faberllull is a unique space in Catalonia. A space for creators, where you can focus on your work. Personally, it's the first time I've spent almost a week there and that has allowed me to focus on my work without interruptions or distractions of any kind. In addition, the space where it is located is exceptional and I have been able to take advantage of it to walk around and air ideas and put them in order, something very necessary when you are immersed in a writing process.
Having time has allowed me not only to write, but to do what I don't have the space to do in my day: read about my work and do research. Thus, I have been able to combine writing with research and it has been very enriching.
Another strong and attractive point of the Faberllull is that every day you meet for dinner with the other residents. This creates synergies and allows you to meet artists from other disciplines and fields who surely would not have crossed paths with you if it weren't for the Faberllill. Future projects are sure to come out of these meetings.
As I always say, Faberllull is a place where you always come back.
A unique and essential experience for the creators of our country.
