Bio

Playwright and Theatre Director. Studies of Superior Engineering of Telecommunications 1996 -2001. Studies of the Bachelor of Fine Arts (2001-2005).

He has written some thirty theatrical texts, including La dansa de la venjança, Jauría, Mala broma, Idiota, Ruz-Bárcenas, Vilafranca.

He has received the Ciutat de València, Ciutat d’Alcoi, Barcelona Critic’s Awards, Ciutat de Barcelona and several Butaca awards for its theatrical texts.

Project

During my stay at Faber I will advance strength in the theatrical text Alguns dies d’ahir (Some days yesterday). It is a play that relates the experiences of a family (mother, father, daughter and son) of an average population of Catalonia during the months of October, November and December 2017 and the months of October and November 2019. Those months that were politically and socially so convulsed are the atmosphere that surrounds this family that sees how reality outside their home enters them through the window and ends up affecting them emotionally.
