Project

During my stay I will work on three projects:

An individual project, which will be an academic article on the relationship between truth, language and journalism.

A project with SomAtents, the collective of journalistic action, with whom to develop some of the projects that we have in progress taking advantage of the stay at Faber (and I will take this opportunity to tell other residents and to return to the social environment of Olot if it is deemed appropriate). The journalists involved will participate in Retrats paral·lels photojournalistic project and the project to recover the collective memory of the Presó de dones. The whole group will also take advantage of this opportunity to hold a kick-off meeting in Olot.

Finally, to work on a master’s degree project in Literary Journalism, Communication and Humanities at the UAB. After six editions and more than a hundred students, we will be reunited at Faber with some of them who have excelled, returning to their countries —dozens of different countries— in the cultivation of literary journalism. We would like to take this opportunity to lay the foundations for an international network of literary and narrative journalists who work on a project-by-project basis and who can collaborate internationally.
