Project
The volume of electronic records has grown a lot in recent years. Can we access all of this records in the future? Law 39/2015 introduces the need for administrations to have an electronic archive. This is not just a warehouse or a repository, it is based on processes, tasks, tools, responsibilities, rules and strategies for processing the documentation: in a preservation policy. That is why we propose the drafting of a preservation policy model for organizations. A model that can be adapted and applied to any administration. We want our work to serve and help colleagues who work in the archives to have a useful tool to carry out their daily work and we can guarantee the preservation of all the documentary heritage that today generates the administrations.
