Bio

Pep Molina is a screenwriter, director, and editor. He graduated in Audiovisual Communication from Pompeu Fabra University and has a strong interest in internet narratives and their hybridization with cinematic language, as well as in the comic potential of semi-documentary and autofiction formats.

He has worked in both native digital media (PlayGround) and traditional outlets (El Periódico), developing online narrative identities and directing, writing, and editing dozens of documentaries, fiction pieces, videopodcasts, and viral videos with millions of views.

In addition to working as a digital creative at Goroka, he develops successful online formats such as 10.000 hores, which blends interviews and gameplay, and Altres Homes, which has surpassed half a million views and was covered by El País, earning him the 2024 Embrió Digital Creation Award.

As a television screenwriter, his credits include the Mallorcan comedy Mai Neva a Ciutat (2017–2020), the humorous docu-crime series Crímenes Online (2022), nominated for the 2024 Rose d’Or Latinos Awards, and the fantasy series Mòpies (2022), the first joint television production by IB3, À Punt, and TV3, selected for Seriencamp.

In 2024, he received a GAC grant to write the treatment for Neocurros, a project selected for Serielizados Kick 2025.

At Faberllull, he will work on writing the script for the series Neocurros.
