irstly, I would like to briefly state that the experience was excellent across all areas and in all of its incidentals. I will relay my impressions of the following sections for the sake of this article, even though I really don’t see any need to do more than send a warm congratulations and describe the feeling of joy and good fortune I had to be part of this experience in the way it was provided. Impeccable and inspiring.

Congratulations to the whole team and to all the people who shaped and coordinated the activity of Faberllull and Joventuts Musicals de Catalunya project by project.

Rehearsals
Perfectly coordinated while maintaining flexibility in terms of schedule, space, format and content, Faberllull allowed us to rehearse on the basis of purely musical and artistic needs and to always have the space, time and organisational solutions that made it possible.

Activities
I personally didn't attend the organised leisure activities or sightseeing trips as I had to keep working at the hotel... but it was patently obvious that everyone really enjoyed the events that were put on. What I can say is that I agree that it’s a very good idea to contribute to the cohesion of the residency team by having activities scheduled outside of work hours. Especially if we envision how these times free of content of any kind (although they can be used to rest) can also become "untapped" spaces that have a very good effect on the general mood and contribute to a positive organised flow of activity during the residency.

Hotel stay
A hotel that is not only fitting and flawless with regards the amenities for visitor’s stay but was also provided with spacious rooms with a desk and provisions that allow that which is rare and lacking in other hotels in general.

Venues
All fine and suitable for what we needed. It is worth highlighting, again, the flexibility of being able to "improvise" a rehearsal in the hotel conference room and having the support of the Faberllull office for conversation, meeting and exhibition formats, all based on the Olot Municipal Conservatory as the centre of our activity, distinguished by its first-class facilities.

Overall Project
Perfect. Everything is well thought out, planned and arranged in a way that enables something so rare and precious as being able to meet up to work together on art. I haven’t been to other artistic residency programmes in Catalonia, but I have experienced artistic residencies in other countries. This was second-to-none and in many aspects of remarkable quality and exceptionality.

Organisation and Coordination
A fantastic, attentive and friendly team of people who clearly believe in the project and enjoy being a core part of artistic activity, providing the scaffolding and structure so necessary for art to exist and thrive. Impeccable organisation; excellent, fluid communication and, as I say, good cheer and kindness. You couldn't ask for anything more.
