Bio

Maria Dasca is a professor of literature at Pompeu Fabra University. With a PhD in Catalan philology, she has worked in universities in the US (Brown and Harvard), France (Paris-Sorbonne) and Catalonia (Barcelona and OUC). She is the author of the monograph Entenebrats. Literatura catalana i bogeria (Darkenings: Catalan Literature and Madness) (2016) and has coedited the books Francesc Serés. La pell de la realitat (Francesc Serés: The Skin of Reality) (2024) and Narrativa catalana del segle XXI, balanç crític (Catalan Narrative of the 21st Century, A Critical Assessment) (2019), among others.
