Bio

Irene Hernández Cuxart is an actress, an acting and singing teacher and currently part of the theatre management team at Grup Focus. With more than 30 years' experience teaching the performing arts and singing, she has educated numerous generations of artists, conveying her passion for the stage with empathy and energy.

Irene's career recently pivoted towards theatrical management, an area she is passionate about and in which she continues to contribute to the world of theatre from a new perspective. A born communicator and observer, Irene combines her love for the arts with another of her great interests: agriculture. For a decade, she has been cultivating her own 90-square-metre vegetable garden in Cornellà, where she finds a balance between creativity and nature.

Her ability to adapt, connect with people and shake things up are hallmarks of her professional and personal journey.
