Bio

President of Linguapax. She has a degree in Catalan Philology from the University of Barcelona and a Diploma in French Studies from the University of Toulouse-Le Mirail, France. She completed a Doctorate in "Contemporary Catalan Literature: from theory to practice" at the University of Barcelona and the Research Program "Language, Equity and Educational Policy (LEEP)" at the Stanford University School of Education. She also has an Executive Master in Public Administration from ESADE Business School.

She currently works at the Higher Council for Evaluation of the educational system. Previously, as the deputy director in Multilingualism, she directed the update of the educational linguistic policy of Catalonia. Former Head of the Language Resources Directorate of Language Policy and head of language training at the School of Public Administration of Catalonia, she has extensive experience in teaching and in the development of resources and tools for learning and teaching languages.
