Project
“Let my cry be heard loud”. Research project through theater document on suicidal behavior in young people (18-30 years old). Eight anonymous interviews have been used as a starting point to create a theatrical performance based on the real testimonies of the people interviewed. During the stay at Faberllull, the theatrical script will be written from these eight testimonies already collected and analyzed for several months, and will be interpreted literally by professional actors and actresses, who will wear headphones on stage at the same time they interpret, following the Headphone Verbatim technique.
The stay at Faberllull was highly beneficial. During my time in Olot, in a setting and with attention that was second-to-none, I was able to work all day on creating the theatrical libretto that we will begin rehearsing in the coming days. We have a preview scheduled for early June 2025, with a definitive release in early October. Faberllull was a brilliant layover on this artistic and personal journey that we have placed so many hopes in.
No lived experience is devoid of meaning. For me, Faberllull will always be associated with something luminous, a calm space and time, far from the frantic pace of life typical of today's society. A place of unfettered artistic creation where it was possible to finally remember what makes sense. Thank you, Pepa and Andreu. Thank you, Faberllull.
