Bio

Edi Pou is a musician, journalist and cultural activist. As a journalist, he has been coordinator of El Matí de Catalunya Ràdio, columnist -La Directa, El temps de les Arts, Quaderns, Serra d'Or- and director of musical, cultural and community projects. As a musician, he is a member of the groups ZA!, Los Sara Fontan and co-founder of the collective La Orquesta del Caballo Ganador. Awarded the Barcelona City Award on 3 occasions -2015 for ZA!, 2016 for Afasians, 2022 for 4132314-. As a cultural activist, he coordinates the independent label Gandula, is a member of the self-managed collective Atzavara and an active part of the European network of Do-It-Yourself collectives.
