Eduardo Santos has a degree in law and is an expert in mediation and family guidance. He has participated in mediation processes between victims and ex-members of ETA between 2010 and 2014. He is co-author of the drafting of the protocol for the implementation of criminal mediation in courts and tribunals in Pamplona. In addition, he also works as an associate professor in the area of ​​criminal law at the University of Navarra.
