Bio

Paula Kuffer, professor of Philosophy at the University of Zaragoza and previously at the University of Barcelona, was born and lives in Barcelona. She has also worked as a researcher in Buenos Aires and Berlin. She got her PhD in Philosophy with a thesis on testimony and the writing of history in Walter Benjamin and W.G. Sebald, and writes and gives conferences on issues related to historical memory (“Una fecha es un espectro. En el Día de la Víctimas del Holocausto de 2024”, 21/1/2024).
