Bio

Barcelona, 1999. Lluís Arruga was selected to participate in the Hackathon, a residency for young cinematic talents at Faberllull Olot. He has written and directed the short film L’aranya (La casa per la teulada), which is currently in post-production, and has directed several music videos.

His acting career includes roles in projects such as Cuéntame cómo pasó (TVE), Moèbius (TV3), Com si fos ahir (TV3), Merlí: Sapere Aude (Movistar+) and El Metralla (TV3). In theatre, he has performed in Karaoke Elusia and Equus.

In music, after winning the Èxit Award at Sona 9, the emerging music contest organised by Enderrock and CCMA, he is preparing his début album while working as a producer for other artists.

He also frequently collaborates on casting and acting coaching, composing scores and developing scripts for original projects.

Project

At Faberllull, he will be working on the script for the series Maduixa.
