Bio

Luke Cassidy is a writer & theatre maker from Ireland. His Debut novel, Iron Annie, was published by Bloomsbury Books (UK) in 2021 and Vintage Books (USA) in 2022, in which year he was also shortlisted for the Desmond Elliott Prize. He has adapted and toured a theatrical version of Iron Annie to theatres around Ireland, and to the Edinburgh Festival. His second novel, Tooth & Nail, will be published in early 2024, also by Bloomsbury & Vintage Books.

Project

During my stay at Faber, I will be working on my third novel, about which I won't say too much at this early stage other than I'm very excited about it, and excited to be taker it to Faber!
