Bio

Screenwriter and actress. She holds a Master's Degree in Screenwriting for Film and Television (UC3M). She worked as an intern at the production company Ídolo films, with the screenwriter Ángela Obón. Here, she co-wrote several projects for cinema and television.

As an actress she has participated in the award-winning film Vivir y otras ficciones as well as the series Trèvols de 4 fulles (Jo Sol); she has also participated in the feature films El Alma de Sant Pere and Don Quijote de Barcelona (Vegetarian Films). In recent years, she has written, premiered and directed several plays. Her project, Las de la calle Fortuny, has been selected for the SGAE 2022 Laboratory for historical fiction series.

Project

I will be working on the project titled Beba, together with Adriana Fuertes. BEBA (11) just wants to be a "normal" little girl. In the Igualada of 1996, being "normal" was synonymous with being white, having straight hair and having a mother who would stay home and prepare her bag for extracurricular activities. Beba is angry at her own existence and doesn't understand why. This is a personal and human story that aims to offer a point of reference to all women of African descent who live in Catalonia.
