Bio

Helena Casas Perpinyà holds a PhD in Medieval Studies and is a member of the Duoda Women's Research Group at the University of Barcelona. After graduating in History in 2014, she created a self-managed editorial of fanzines named Femina Verbipotens. The aim of this project is to disseminate scientific knowledge about women's history and feminist theory through artistic expression. She is the author of many original scientific papers and book reviews and has published over forty fanzines.

Project

During my residency at Faber, I would like to write and design a fanzine about one specific aspect of Women's History in the Middle Ages.
